My practice is informed by a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization ( EMDR). If you invest the time in meeting with me, I am confident that therapy can make a difference in your life. The consultation is not a therapy session.
